基于Labview的管道长度测量系统

【摘要】 文章基于Labview软件开发环境,其测量原理采用管道内声波的共振原理以及快速傅里叶算法(FFT)。硬件部分包括一台笔记本电脑、一台声音激发装置和一个数据采集装置;软件部分包括数据分析处理、数据通讯、系统配置等模块。试验表明,本系统能实现全自动化测量管道长度,测量时间短,仅需15秒钟就能实现自动化测量,在所测量的实例中,相对误差均在0.7%以下。

Abstract article is based on Labview software development environment , its measurement principle uses acoustic resonance principle in the pipeline as well as the fast Fourier algorithm (FFT). The hardware includes a laptop computer, a sound excitation device and a data acquisition device ; Software includes data analysis and processing , data communications, system configuration module . Tests showed that the present system can be fully automated measurement of the length of the pipe , the measurement time is short , only 15 seconds to automated measurement, the measured example , the relative error of 0.7 % or less.
